In today's economy and mind frame (more for less and bigger is better) it is easy to see how tempting it can be for people to set aside moral standards and go with which ever company can provide the most impressive rate of return. However, when I look at the face of my daughter and son, and I envision their future, I hope that their decisions will not be based on greed nor with complete disregard for the human suffering behind their decisions. I am sure that this means they need to start seeing ME make these decisions so that they learn through my actions, not just my words. Every decision we make will alter our future (and our world), be it for the better or the worse.
